1、II摘要近年來，高職院校如雨后春筍般建立起來，它是社會需求不斷發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，高職院校是為培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域、建設(shè)領(lǐng)域和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域一線的高技能人才而服務(wù)的。教師是學(xué)校的第一資源,是加快學(xué)院發(fā)展，提升學(xué)院核心競爭力和綜合實力的動力之源。高職院校應(yīng)重視教師隊伍建設(shè)，深化改革，建立有利于教教師源合理配置的有效機制，建設(shè)一支數(shù)量充足、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的教師隊伍，近年來，有關(guān)教師勝任力的研究成為人力資源管理領(lǐng)域的熱點。因此，將勝任力模型引入到教師隊伍建設(shè)，根據(jù)學(xué)校自身的特點，建立科學(xué)合理的選拔方式，制定人性化的評價制度，激發(fā)教師的潛能，促使高職院校快速發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下：第一章，主要論
2、述本文選題的背景與意義、研究的內(nèi)容與方法、研究的創(chuàng)新點與不足。第二章，綜述教師隊伍建設(shè)與勝任力的研究成果。第三章，剖析高職院校教師隊伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題。第四章，構(gòu)建高職教師勝任力模型。第五章論述勝任力模型在高職教師隊伍建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞：高職院校；教師隊伍建設(shè)；勝任力；勝任力模型；IAbstractInrecentyears,vocationalcollegeshavemushroomedup,itistheproductofthedevelopmentofsocialdemandvocationalcollegesforthetrainingofhighlyskilledpers
