4、ydiffraction(XRD)andtransmissionelectronmicroscopyTitaniumoxide(TiO2)isanimportantsemiconductor(TEM).Thein?uenceofhydrochloricacidconcentrationonmaterialforuseinawiderangeofapplications,includingthemorphology,crystallineandtheformationofthenano-photocatalysis,environmenta
5、lpollutioncontrolandsolarstructureswereinvestigated.Wefoundthatthemorphologyenergyconversion[1–4].Itiswellknownthattitaniumandcrystallinephasestronglydependedonthehydrochloricdioxideexistsinthreecrystallinepolymorphs,namelyrutileacidconcentrations.Moreimportantly,crystall
6、inephase(tetragonal),anatase(tetragonal),andbrookite(orthorhom-wascloselyrelatedtothemorphologyofTiO2nanostruc-bic).Rutileisthemoststablephase,whereasanataseandture.Nanoparticleswerepolycrystallineanatasephase,andbrookitearemetastablephaseandtransformtorutileuponalignedna
7、norodsweresinglecrystallinerutilephase.Pos-heating[5,7].TherutilephasehasbeenwidelyusedforsibleformationmechanismsofTiO2nanostructureswithpigmentmaterialsbecauseofitschemicalstability.However,variouscrystallinephasesandmorphologieswereproposed.theanatasephasehasbeenwidely
