2、維電磁腔體目標(biāo)的電磁散射計(jì)算邊界積分方法,引入了矢量格林函數(shù),利用麥克斯韋方程得到電磁場(chǎng)形式與三維腔體形式的關(guān)系,建立了三維開(kāi)口腔體邊界模型;然后,結(jié)合光電目標(biāo)曲面建模方法及高階基函數(shù)的方法,建立了三維光電目標(biāo)的有限元泛函,完成了有限元-邊界法在三維腔體目標(biāo)電磁散射計(jì)算中的應(yīng)用;最后,進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證。分析顯示,當(dāng)三維腔體內(nèi)部為空或?yàn)楦飨虍愋晕镔|(zhì)時(shí),角度吻合非常理想,與傳統(tǒng)模式匹配法所得結(jié)果的吻合度達(dá)90%以上。結(jié)果表明,采用本方法對(duì)三維腔體目標(biāo)進(jìn)行電磁散射計(jì)算,準(zhǔn)確度、效率均有所提高。關(guān)鍵詞:光
