2、companiestoformthecorrespondingresourcesandcapabilitieswhilebeingableto effectivelyguidethebehaviorpatternmatching.Moreandmoretheoristsbelievedthat highperformanceworksystemhasapositiveeffectonfirmperformance.However, whatisthemediatingvariableandmoderatorhasnotreachedthesameconclusion. Intoday

3、s’highlycompetitiveandever-changingtimes,organizational ambidexterity(exploratoryinnovation,exploitativeinnovation)willundoubtedly becomeanimportantweaponfororganizationsgainingcompetitiveadvantage.The innovationismadebypeople,andHighPerformanceWorkSystemisanimportant prerequisiteforachievingor

4、ganizationalambidexterity,itcanshapeandguide employeebehavior,trainandextendstaffknowledgeandskills,helpthestaffexercise thewayquickthinking.Althoughsometheoreticalresearchershaverealizedtheeffect ofthehigh-performanceworksystemsontheorganizationalambidexterity,enterprise performance,buttheempi

5、ricalresearchtotesttherelationshipbetweenthesethreeare sofaralsorare.Thus,thispaperwillbebasedontheperspectivesoforganizational ambidexterityandmakeastudythathowhighperformanceworksystemsmakean influenceonfirmperformance.Atfirst,basedontheliteraturereview,wesummarizethoserelevantliteratures, an

6、ddeducedthehypothesisandmodelofthisstudy.Accordingtousethequestionnaire whichismadebytutorgroup,wecollected782validquestionnaires.Thenthestudyuse theLISRELsoftwarefortheeachvariablereliabilityandvaliditytesting,followedby theuseofSPSSsoftwaretodosomestatisticalanalysis.Atlast,accordingtotheresu
