sofaralsorare.Thus,thispaperwillbebasedontheperspectivesoforganizational
ambidexterityandmakeastudythathowhighperformanceworksystemsmakean
influenceonfirmperformance.Atfirst,basedontheliteraturereview,wesummarizethoserelevantliteratures,

whichismadebytutorgroup,wecollected782validquestionnaires.Thenthestudyuse
theLISRELsoftwarefortheeachvariablereliabilityandvaliditytesting,followedby
theuseofSPSSsoftwaretodosomestatisticalanalysis.Atlast,accordingtotheresu

ofdataanalysis,testhypothesesandmakeaconclusion.Themajorresultsareasfollows:(1)HighPerformanceWorkSystemshasa
