1、高績(jī)效工作對(duì)知識(shí)型企業(yè)關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究摘要在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,人力資源的價(jià)值成為衡量企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的標(biāo)識(shí),由此決定了以知識(shí)職員為主體的知識(shí)型企業(yè)將在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)進(jìn)展中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來(lái),國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新進(jìn)展戰(zhàn)略的確定,一方面給以創(chuàng)新為命脈的知識(shí)型企業(yè)帶來(lái)了迅速進(jìn)展的大好良機(jī),另一方面也給企業(yè)帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。知識(shí)型企業(yè)如何建立高績(jī)效工作系統(tǒng),以及如何完善其對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的作用機(jī)制,以充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)職員的創(chuàng)新才能,構(gòu)建企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得可持續(xù)進(jìn)展,這對(duì)促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)展與增強(qiáng)我國(guó)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都具有舉足輕重
2、的作用。本文研究了某工程公司的中國(guó)區(qū)域內(nèi)企業(yè)的知識(shí)型企業(yè)中高績(jī)效工作的形成過(guò)程,該公司的人力資源價(jià)值針對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所存在的不同左右規(guī)律。采納文獻(xiàn)探討過(guò)往學(xué)者對(duì)職員中意度和知識(shí)型企業(yè)的研究,基于對(duì)人力資源實(shí)踐、知識(shí)治理能力、企業(yè)績(jī)效的問(wèn)卷系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),以及從323份問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獵取數(shù)據(jù),并將通過(guò)SPSS17對(duì)所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,與此同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)的訪談中獵取其高績(jī)效工作和知識(shí)型企業(yè)之間的規(guī)律認(rèn)識(shí)。實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明:論文提出的理論模型在整體上得到了驗(yàn)證,在提出的高績(jī)效上作系統(tǒng)三個(gè)假設(shè),并相繼得到驗(yàn)證???/p>
