1、人工淚液治療青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合術(shù)后干眼癥的臨床效果分析高凡1張蓓2王彥榮3作者單位：陜西省延安市人民醫(yī)院眼科，716000通信作者：高凡，女，主治醫(yī)師，gaofan0923@sina.com摘要：探討人工淚液治療青光眼聯(lián)合白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥的臨床效果。對我院2014年6月至2016年6月期間收治的80例青光眼合并白內(nèi)障手術(shù)后干眼癥的患者進(jìn)行分析，將80例患者分為研究組與對照組，兩組各40例，對照組40例患者給予常規(guī)治療，研究組40例患者在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予人工淚液治療。對比兩組患者術(shù)前與術(shù)后淚膜破裂時間（tearbrak-uptimeBU
2、T）、基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌（schirmerItestSIT），比較兩組患者用藥之前與用藥之后干眼癥狀評分。治療后，兩組患者的BUT、SIT水平均優(yōu)于治療前，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；治療之后研究組患者的BUT、SIT水平均優(yōu)于對照組患者，兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；治療之前，兩組患者干眼癥評分無明顯差異，不具備統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）；治療之后第2周與第4周，研究組患者干眼癥狀評分明顯低于對照組患者，兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。人工淚液治療青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合手術(shù)后干眼癥的臨床效果十分顯著，可在臨床治療中推廣
