1、孕期、哺乳期暴露十溴聯(lián)苯醚對(duì)子代大鼠免疫功能的影響作者:周俊1;陳敦金2;廖秦平2;余艷紅1 (1南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)南方醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科,廣東??廣州??510515;2北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科,北京??100710)摘要:目的針對(duì)環(huán)境污染中十溴聯(lián)苯醚對(duì)母嬰健康存在潛在危害日益受到重視,研究經(jīng)口胃灌十溴聯(lián)苯醚對(duì)子代大鼠免疫功能的影響。方法對(duì)母代孕期前后及哺乳期持續(xù)高劑量胃灌十溴聯(lián)苯醚后,觀(guān)察其子代大鼠免疫器官發(fā)育情況、T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群及T淋巴細(xì)胞增殖轉(zhuǎn)化功能、NK細(xì)胞表面分子CD161表達(dá)及免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG)等變化。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組免疫器官質(zhì)量與對(duì)照組相比有變化,其T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群CD3+、C
