1、孕期、哺乳期暴露十溴聯(lián)苯醚對子代大鼠免疫功能的影響作者:周俊1;陳敦金2;廖秦平2;余艷紅1 (1南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)南方醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科,廣東??廣州??510515;2北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科,北京??100710)摘要:目的針對環(huán)境污染中十溴聯(lián)苯醚對母嬰健康存在潛在危害日益受到重視,研究經(jīng)口胃灌十溴聯(lián)苯醚對子代大鼠免疫功能的影響。方法對母代孕期前后及哺乳期持續(xù)高劑量胃灌十溴聯(lián)苯醚后,觀察其子代大鼠免疫器官發(fā)育情況、T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群及T淋巴細(xì)胞增殖轉(zhuǎn)化功能、NK細(xì)胞表面分子CD161表達及免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG)等變化。結(jié)果實驗組免疫器官質(zhì)量與對照組相比有變
2、化,其T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群CD3+、CD3+CD8+、CD3+CD4+及NK細(xì)胞表面分子CD161+百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值下降,CD4-CD8-百分比升高。實驗組T淋巴細(xì)胞增殖轉(zhuǎn)化功能下降不明顯,其IgM含量明顯低于對照組,IgG含量變化不明顯。結(jié)論母代持續(xù)暴露高劑量十溴聯(lián)苯醚后,對子代免疫功能存在一定的不利影響。關(guān)鍵詞:十溴聯(lián)苯醚;免疫功能;大鼠中圖分類號:R71??文獻標(biāo)識碼:A??文章編號:1673-4254(2006)06-0738-04ImpactofPBDE-209exposureduringpregnancyandlactationo
