2、于傳統(tǒng)管理模式，即以人工處理為主，包括計劃、記錄、報告、備件物料采購等。這制約了船舶維修保養(yǎng)管理水平的提高，使管理費用居高不下，還影響到船舶的安全、營運率、船舶壽命及機務(wù)人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的提高。最終使船公司在市場競爭中處于劣勢。本文針對船舶維修保養(yǎng)問題提出一種新的思想，要求將船舶的維修保養(yǎng)問題納入船舶的設(shè)計階段，在設(shè)計船舶的同時，同步考慮船舶的營運時期所需的維修保養(yǎng)需求，進行維修保養(yǎng)體系的同步設(shè)計，在交付船舶的同時同步交付船舶維修保養(yǎng)所需的資源，建立維修保養(yǎng)體系，使船舶營運期間保持較好的營運狀態(tài)。文章最后通過建立模型來研究如何有效地節(jié)省船舶維修費用，其中包括對船舶維修方式和修船廠的
