1、浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文2,2-二羥甲基丙酸的合成及其應(yīng)用姓名:何方岳申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):應(yīng)用化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:莫衛(wèi)民20030501摘要2,2一二輕甲基丙酸是與聚氨酷(PU)預(yù)聚體反應(yīng)制備水性聚氨酷的很好的擴鏈劑,本實驗的目的是通過選擇合適的催化劑,利用甲醛與丙醛反應(yīng)合成2,2一二輕甲基丙酸,并以2,2一二經(jīng)甲基丙酸為擴鏈劑,制備水性聚氨酷。經(jīng)過查閱文獻1][21,找到了雙功能催化劑2-輕基毗陡。因為輕醛縮合反應(yīng)既能被酸催化,又能被堿催化,雙功能催化劑2-輕基毗咤既有酸催化作用,又具有堿催化作用,因此對輕醛縮合反應(yīng)制備2,2一二輕甲基丙酸在理論上非常合適。在實
2、踐上,2-輕基毗嚨催化劑大大地縮短了反應(yīng)時間,并且提高了產(chǎn)率。將聚丁二醇與甲苯二異氰酸酷(TDI)在丙酮溶液中反應(yīng),制得端基帶一一NCO的聚氨醋預(yù)聚體。再與擴鏈劑2,2一二輕甲基丙酸反應(yīng),蒸發(fā)除去丙酮得到水性聚氨酷。討論了聚氨酷中一一COOH含量與乳液粘度的關(guān)系、-COON含量與乳液粒徑的關(guān)系、-COOH含量與涂膜吸水率的關(guān)系,當(dāng)一COON含量為1%左右時,涂膜的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)整性較好,這樣制得的水性聚氨酷產(chǎn)品成膜性能好,乳液平均粒徑較小,乳液粘度底,可用于皮革噴光劑。目標(biāo)化合物2,2一二輕甲基丙酸的結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)GUMS證實。關(guān)鍵詞:2,2一二輕甲基丙酸、水性聚氨酷、聚氨
