1、英文摘要ABSTRACTIntheeraofknowledgeeconomy,thesignificanceofknowledgeresourcesisgettingmoreandmoreobvious.Formostenterprises,whetherholdingthecoreknowledgeresourcesornot,hasbecomethekeytogaincompetitiveadvantages.Staffs,asthemainknowledgecarriersandmainsubjectsinknowledgemanagement,havebeenvitalfactors
2、inenterprisemanagement.Andatthepresent,newgenerationstaffshavegraduallybecomethenucleusofenterprises.Duetothedifferentgrowingenvironmentandbackgrounds,theybegantoshowdifferentworkingtendenciesascomparedwithtraditionalstaffs.Thus,thecommonpersonalknowledgemanagementstrategiescannotbecompletelyapplie
3、dtothemanymore.Asaconsequence,enterprisesneedtoremakeknowledgemanagementstrategiesfornewgenerationstaffs.What’smore,basedonthesocialpsychologyperspective,theremusthaveinteractionbetweenstaffs,whichisanimportantchanneltospreadandshareknowledge,aswellasanimportantpartofpersonalknowledgemanagement.The
