2、visor:Prof.TangWenyongSchoolofNavalArchitecture,OceanandCivilEngineeringShanghaiJiaoTongUniversityJan.2015計(jì)及彈性支撐效應(yīng)的獨(dú)立液艙晃蕩數(shù)值分析研究摘要隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)能源需求量的增長(zhǎng)以及人們對(duì)環(huán)保的重視,液化天然氣(LNG)作為綠色高效能源得到了快速發(fā)展,LNG液艙作為L(zhǎng)NG運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存的裝置也逐步向大型化發(fā)展。獨(dú)立液艙的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)于剛性液艙邊界而言屬于彈性體結(jié)構(gòu),其晃蕩問(wèn)題是考慮彈性支撐結(jié)構(gòu)作用與液艙內(nèi)流體沖擊作用相互耦合的動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題。針對(duì)彈性支撐結(jié)構(gòu)
3、作用下液艙晃蕩問(wèn)題,本文在研究中引入基于Hilber-Hughes-Taylor格式的隱式直接積分法求解液艙運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,運(yùn)用VOF法求解流體方程,采用Youngs法進(jìn)行自由表面重構(gòu),并引入部分單元參數(shù)處理棱形液艙邊界,建立了液艙運(yùn)動(dòng)與流體晃蕩雙向耦合迭代算法。將本文的算法應(yīng)用于具有相同分析原理的調(diào)諧液體阻尼器試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?,通過(guò)數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了本文算法處理一般運(yùn)動(dòng)與晃蕩耦合動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題的適用性。通過(guò)耦合計(jì)算一般彈性支撐液艙晃蕩問(wèn)題,并與非彈性支撐液艙晃蕩進(jìn)行比較,分析了在不同剛度的彈性支撐結(jié)構(gòu)作用下液艙液體運(yùn)動(dòng)及晃蕩載荷的變化規(guī)律。最后,本文對(duì)某獨(dú)立
4、B型棱形液艙晃蕩進(jìn)行實(shí)船計(jì)算,分析了液艙在低裝載、中等裝載和高裝載情況下液艙晃蕩載荷的特點(diǎn),得到計(jì)及彈性支撐效應(yīng)的液艙晃蕩載荷會(huì)略大于不計(jì)及彈性支撐效應(yīng)的液艙晃蕩載荷的結(jié)論。本文建立的分析方法為含彈性支撐的獨(dú)立液艙晃蕩載荷預(yù)報(bào)提供了一種快速、有效的分析手段。關(guān)鍵詞:彈性支撐;獨(dú)立液艙;液艙晃蕩;VOF方法LiquidSloshingAnalysisforIndependentTankwithElasticSupportsABSTRACTAsthenaturalgasiswidelyusedasacleanandefficientenergysourcearo
