1、大型鋼吊箱拉靠墩系統(tǒng)精確定位施工技術陳超華,徐斯林,穆清君71文章編號:1003—4722(2011)06—0071—05大型鋼吊箱拉靠墩系統(tǒng)精確定位施工技術陳超華,徐斯林,穆清君(中交二航局第五工程分公司,湖北武漢430012)摘要:武漢二七長江大橋主橋為三塔結合梁斜拉橋,其3號墩位于深水中,采用鋼吊箱實現(xiàn)承臺干施工。為解決大型鋼吊箱精確定位難題,經(jīng)過方案比選,采用拉靠墩系統(tǒng)定位方案,該系統(tǒng)由上游拉墩和下游靠墩組成,拉墩設主拉纜和下拉纜,靠墩設交叉拉纜,順橋向拋錨,設置邊錨纜。施工準備后,利用拉靠墩系統(tǒng)
2、進行鋼吊箱初定位,使其平面位置基本就位;通過邊錨纜系統(tǒng)、拉纜系統(tǒng)及夾壁艙不均衡灌水調整鋼吊箱的平面位置、平面扭轉及擺動、垂直度,使其平面偏位在±12mm內、扭角為58、傾斜度為1/3000,滿足規(guī)范要求,實現(xiàn)了鋼吊箱精確定位。關鍵詞:斜拉橋;鋼吊箱;拉靠墩系統(tǒng);定位;施工技術;橋梁施工中圖分類號:U445.556;U448.27文獻標志碼:AConstructionTechniqueforAccuratePositioningofLargeSteelBoxedCofferdamUsingPullingan

6、thebridgeandthesideanchoringcableswereset.Afterconstructionpreparation,thecofferdamwasinitiallyposi—tionedbythepullingandberthingpiersystemtomakethecofferdambasicallysetinplaceinplanposition.Byusingthesideanchoringcables,pullingcablesandbymeansofnon—unifo
7、rmpum—pingofwaterintothebulksofthecofferdam,theplanposition,plantorsion,oscillationandper—pendicularityofthecofferdamwereadjustedandtheplanoffsettingofthecofferdamwasbroughttobewithin±12mm,thetorsionalangletobe58”andtheinclinationtobe1/3000SOastomaketheco
