2、用ANSYS有限元軟件中的蒙特卡羅(Monte-Carlo)法來(lái)分析該臥式容器的可靠性,經(jīng)過(guò)分析,獲得了臥式容器在置信度為95%的情形下,初值極限狀態(tài)Z<0的概率平均值為2.62254%,即說(shuō)明容器的可靠度為97.37746%,并繪制了Z在置信度為95%的情形下的輸出結(jié)果參數(shù)的靈敏度圖。通過(guò)此次分析證明了該臥式容器是安全的,再次證明了ANSYS有限元軟件中的蒙特卡羅法對(duì)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行可靠性分析是可行的,為壓力容器實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中提供了可靠的、高效的理論依據(jù)。圖5表1參8關(guān)鍵詞:壓力容器;Monte-Carlo法;夾套;臥式容器;可靠性分析;可靠度中圖分類號(hào):T
