1、XXXXX大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文摘要隨著現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的改善,我國的中小民營企業(yè)面臨著新一輪的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但是,中小民營企業(yè)在高速發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生了人才流失的危機(jī):一方面,中小民營企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展離不開人才;另一方面,中小民營企業(yè)引進(jìn)人才難,留住人才難,用好人才更難。所以讓企業(yè)感到最有壓力的是自有人才的大量流失給企業(yè)的發(fā)展甚至生存帶來了難以估量的影響。本論文圍繞中小民營企業(yè)人才流失問題展開了詳細(xì)的分析和討論。通過對一般中小民營企業(yè)員工流失分析研究,說明企業(yè)員工流失對企業(yè)的發(fā)展和生存的重要性。本文結(jié)合中小民營企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,在借鑒一些研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上分析企業(yè)員工流
