2、壓機(jī)械閉式液壓回路換段過程仿真分析。采用將液壓機(jī)械閉式液壓回路等效為雙作用液壓缸系統(tǒng)的方法,建立液壓機(jī)械無級(jí)傳動(dòng)閉式液壓回路換段過程數(shù)學(xué)模型,并在Mattab/Simulink中進(jìn)行仿真分析。結(jié)果表明,油液含氣量越大,體積模量越小,換段時(shí)定排量液壓元件轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)越大,換段品質(zhì)降低;控制變排量液壓元件排量變化和延長負(fù)載反向時(shí)間,可以有效減小換段中液壓回路壓力和定排量液壓元件轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)。關(guān)鍵詞:油液含氣量;體積模量;液壓機(jī)械;復(fù)合無級(jí)傳動(dòng)中圖分類號(hào):U463FluidAirContentAffectingthePowerShiftPerformanceoftheHydro
