2、要:目的觀察在不同劑量蛻皮甾酮(ecdysterone,EDS)作用下,體外培養(yǎng)的神經(jīng)干細胞(neuralstemcells,NSCs)增殖、分化情況。方法原代培養(yǎng)新生sD大鼠海馬NSCs,經(jīng)EDS處理后,傳代細胞克隆形成率、四甲基偶氮唑鹽比色法觀察神經(jīng)干細胞增殖能力的變化,免疫熒光細胞染色技術(shù)、流式細胞術(shù)檢測神經(jīng)干細胞分化情況。結(jié)果與對照組相比,中低劑量組(50、100、200mr/L),對大鼠海馬NSCs增殖能力無顯著影響,而高劑量的EDS(400mg/L及800mg/L)干預(yù)組則明顯抑制了NSCs的增殖。在
