2、成熟時(shí),以53號(hào)為中間砧嫁接的‘天紅2號(hào)’果實(shí)蘋果酸含量顯著高于以111號(hào)為中間砧的。盛花后30、40、100~160d,以53號(hào)為中間砧的果實(shí)中蘋果酸脫氫酶(NAD-MDH)活性顯著高于以111號(hào)為中間砧的;盛花后30、40和130d,53號(hào)處理的磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)活性顯著高于111號(hào)處理的;盛花后100d,以111號(hào)為中間砧的果實(shí)中蘋果酸酶(NADP-ME)活性顯著高于以53號(hào)為中間砧的?;虮磉_(dá)結(jié)果顯示,盛花后100和160d,以53號(hào)為中間砧的NAD-MDH基因相對(duì)表達(dá)量顯著高于以111號(hào)為中間砧的,同時(shí)NADP-ME基因表達(dá)量也顯著高于以111號(hào)
