1、2015年第36卷第21期總第498期SILIAOGONGYE發(fā)酵豆粕對保育豬生長環(huán)境、生長性能及生化免疫指標的影響11121111■陳玉龍周藝曾丹何艷柳劉巧婷盧昱屹李莉明卓清(1.廣西大學動物科學技術學院,廣西南寧530004;2.廣西南寧市西鄉(xiāng)塘區(qū)水產(chǎn)畜牧局,廣西南寧530005)摘要:試驗旨在研究發(fā)酵豆粕按照不同比例替代保育豬日糧中的普通豆粕對保育豬生長環(huán)境、生長性能及生化免疫指標的影響。飼養(yǎng)試驗選擇日齡相近、體重(9±0.5)kg三元雜28d斷奶仔豬330頭,隨機分為5個處理,每處理3個重復,每個重復22頭豬,公、母各半,試驗期為41d,其中預飼期7d。試驗結果表明:①生
2、長環(huán)境:試驗組豬舍內(nèi)NH3濃度極顯著低于對照組豬舍(P<0.01),更加適宜保育豬的健康生長。②生長性能:發(fā)酵豆粕替代普通豆粕對保育豬料重比、腹瀉率影響顯著(P<0.05)③免疫指標:添加發(fā)酵豆粕對保育豬的IgG和IgA影響顯著(P<0.05)。添加全發(fā)酵豆粕替代普通發(fā)酵豆粕對保育豬生長環(huán)境、生長性能以及生化免疫指標等效果較好,其中以添加全為發(fā)酵豆粕效果最佳。關鍵詞:發(fā)酵豆粕;生長環(huán)境;生長性能;免疫指標doi:10.13302/j.cnki.fi.2015.21.009中圖分類號:S816.32文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1001-991X(2015)21-0037-03Effec
