1、對(duì)我國(guó)齒輪滲碳淬火技術(shù)的評(píng)述陳國(guó)民(鄭州機(jī)械研究所,河南鄭州450052)摘要:在現(xiàn)代齒輪制造過程中,硬齒面滲碳淬火已成為主導(dǎo)工藝。經(jīng)過多年來(lái)的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)研究和先進(jìn)技術(shù)的引進(jìn),特別是近年來(lái)的技術(shù)改造和設(shè)備更新,我國(guó)的齒輪滲碳熱處理技術(shù)已經(jīng)上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。隨著齒輪設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的不斷提高,對(duì)熱處理質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。本文從齒輪強(qiáng)度及熱處理冶金因素的角度對(duì)目前的滲碳工藝進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了提高和發(fā)展我國(guó)齒輪滲碳淬火技術(shù)的途徑。關(guān)鍵詞:滲碳淬火;齒輪中圖分類號(hào):TG162.73文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0254石051(2008)0
