2、瘀湯組、桂枝茯苓丸組,每組8只。于造模第2天起開(kāi)始給藥。模型組以0.9氯化鈉溶液灌胃,其余各組以相應(yīng)藥液灌胃,1次/d,連續(xù)35d。觀察各組小鼠生存狀況及移植瘤生長(zhǎng)情況,稱量瘤重,計(jì)算抑瘤率,EIISA法檢測(cè)各組小鼠血清血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)表達(dá)水平,免疫組化法檢測(cè)腫瘤微血管密度,并檢測(cè)腫瘤肺轉(zhuǎn)移情況。[結(jié)果]與模型組比較,大黃蟄蟲(chóng)丸組、補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯組瘤重顯著降低(PO.05);大黃蟄蟲(chóng)丸組、補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯組、血府逐瘀湯組、桂枝茯苓丸組抑瘤率分別為41.76、51.90A、2.140A、3.46;與模型組比較
3、,大黃蟄蟲(chóng)丸組血清VEGF水平及腫瘤微血管密度顯著增高(PO.05);與模型組比較,大黃蟄蟲(chóng)丸組肺轉(zhuǎn)移灶數(shù)顯著增加(Pd0.05),補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯組顯著減少(PO.05)。[結(jié)論]大黃蟄蟲(chóng)丸可抑制原位移植瘤的生長(zhǎng),但促進(jìn)了腫瘤血管生成和腫瘤肺轉(zhuǎn)移;補(bǔ)陽(yáng)還五湯可抑制移植瘤的生長(zhǎng)和肺轉(zhuǎn)移,對(duì)腫瘤血管生成未見(jiàn)明顯的影響;血府逐瘀湯、桂枝茯苓丸對(duì)移植瘤的生長(zhǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)移及腫瘤血管生成沒(méi)有明顯的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:肝癌;瘤重;抑瘤率;血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子;微血管密度;肺轉(zhuǎn)
