2、65例COPD患者,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(33人)和對(duì)照組(32人),實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用體外振動(dòng)排痰機(jī)排痰,對(duì)照組采用人工叩擊方法排痰。比較兩組患者1周內(nèi)的每天排痰量;吸氧3L/min情況下第1d和第4d的心率、呼吸、SPO2和動(dòng)脈血?dú)庵笜?biāo);入院第7d時(shí)不吸氧情況下的SPO2。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組第1、2、3、4、5d日排痰量明顯增加,第6、7d排痰量小于對(duì)照組,2組比較有顯著差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)組入院第3d患者的心率、呼吸較入院時(shí)明顯下降,動(dòng)脈血?dú)庵笜?biāo)第1d與第3d比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;對(duì)照組入院第3d患者的心率、呼吸下降不明顯,動(dòng)
