1、題目：低碳房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展路徑研究學(xué)院：商學(xué)院專業(yè)：工程管理姓名：佟雪飛指導(dǎo)教師：100707116完成日期：-2-摘要當(dāng)前全球以變暖為主要特征的氣候變化已經(jīng)成為國際社會共同面臨的危機與挑戰(zhàn)，基于對傳統(tǒng)房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展模式的反思，節(jié)能、環(huán)保和綠色的低碳房地產(chǎn)日益受到關(guān)注。我國也在積極施行適合我國的低碳房地產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略。在這一背景下本文著力于把對低碳房地產(chǎn)的研究落實到具體案例的分析之中，以提出我國發(fā)展低碳房地產(chǎn)的路徑與對策。本文首先從理論基礎(chǔ)和國內(nèi)外研究進展出發(fā)，詮釋了低碳房地產(chǎn)的內(nèi)涵與發(fā)展低碳房地產(chǎn)的意義，并詳盡介紹了我國低碳房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，然后結(jié)合國外低碳房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展案
2、例，進一步提出了適用于中國低碳房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展的路徑。繼而以深圳萬科城四期住宅低碳建設(shè)規(guī)劃為例進行了案例分析，對該項目應(yīng)用的低碳方法進行總結(jié)。最后，本文總結(jié)了萬科城四期的經(jīng)驗并通過梳理低碳房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，分析發(fā)展低碳房地產(chǎn)過程中存在的問題，從而對我國未來低碳房地產(chǎn)的發(fā)展給出合理化建議。關(guān)鍵詞:低碳房地產(chǎn)；發(fā)展路徑；實例研究-2-AbstractThecurrentglobalwarmingasthemainfeatureofclimatechangehasbecomecrisesandchallengesfacingtheinternationalcommunity,b
