1、AbstractAbstractPowerisanindispensablepartofanyequipmentsandsystems.Andpowermanagementisimportantforportableelectronicdevicesinordertoenhancethesystemqualityandincreasethebatteryruntime.Low-Dropoutregulators(LDO)arewidelyusedeitheraloneinmanyintegrat
2、edpowermanagementcircuits,whiletheycanprovidewidebandandreliableregulatedlownoisesupplyvoltagefornoise-sensitiveanalogandRFloads.MostofconventionalLDOsusealargecapacitor,whichcannotbeimplementedonchip.Therefore,output-capacitorlessLDOsareneededforSoC
3、applications.Inordertoextendthesystemruntime,thelowpowerconsumptionhasbeenanimportantaimofscientificresearchers.Solowpowerconsumptionofoutput-capacitorlessLDObecomeoneofthehotspotofcurrentresearch.Inthispaper,thedevelopmentofthefuture,thebasicstructu
4、reandperformanceparametersareintroducedfirstly.Then,variousfactorswhichinfluencethestabilityoftransientresponse,andcomparetheOCL-LDOfindtheoptimalmethodofOCL-LDOareanalyzed.Whileaninstantaneouscurrent-boostingvoltagebufferisinsertedtoimprovethetransi
5、entresponses.ThestabilityandtransientresponsesoftheLDOregulatorarepresented,andithasbeenimplementedandfabricatedinSMIC0.18-?mCMOSprocess.Themeasuredresultsshownthattheoutputvoltagecanbestableat1.8Vwhenitssupplyvoltagerangedfrom1.9Vto3.2V,thedropoutvo
