1、實(shí)用口腔醫(yī)學(xué)雜志(JPractStomato1)2015Nov，31(6)·811·脈沖Nd：YAG激光輔助治療中重度慢性牙周炎療效分析郭旦斐李志韌李濤呂曉寧【摘要】目的：觀察脈沖Nd：YAG激光輔助治療中重度慢性牙周炎后牙槽骨變化及牙周附著水平的改善效果。方法：30名中、重度慢性牙周炎患者的同頜對稱同名患牙隨機(jī)分為對照組(超聲齦下刮治+根面平整術(shù))和實(shí)驗(yàn)組(超聲齦下刮治+根面平整術(shù)+激光治療)，每組55顆患牙。臨床檢查患牙治療前與治療后3、6個(gè)月牙周袋探診深度(PPD)、垂直向附著喪失(CAL-V
2、)、出血指數(shù)(BI)、CBCT檢查牙槽骨骨密度(ABD)和高度值(ABH)的改變。結(jié)果：術(shù)后3個(gè)月，實(shí)驗(yàn)組PPD、BI低于對照組(尸<0．05)，實(shí)驗(yàn)組CAL—V獲得高于對照組(P<0．05)。術(shù)后6個(gè)月，實(shí)驗(yàn)組CAL—V獲得、近遠(yuǎn)中位點(diǎn)ABD高于對照組(P<0．05)。結(jié)論：脈沖Nd：YAG激光輔助齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)治療慢性中重度牙周炎，效果優(yōu)于齦下刮治根面平整術(shù)。【關(guān)鍵字】慢性牙周炎；脈沖Nd：YAG激光；錐形束CT(CBCT)TheefectofpulsedNd：YAGlaserusedasa
