2、)的表達(dá)。結(jié)果胃癌組織Cox-2和iNOS的表達(dá)率以及MVD均明顯高于癌旁組織(77.78%vs.33.33%,68.89%vs.17.78%,58.13±19.99vs.24.02±10.28,P<0.01,P<0.005,P<0.05)。Cox-2和iNOS均與MVD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.63,r=0.54,P<0.05,P<0.05)。Cox-2和iNOS表達(dá)有顯著相關(guān)性(P<0.05)。結(jié)論Cox-2和iNOS在胃癌的發(fā)生中有協(xié)同作用,兩者可能共同參與腫瘤血管的形成。關(guān)鍵詞:胃癌;環(huán)氧化酶-2;誘導(dǎo)型一氧化氮合酶;血管
