5、Africa,considerableactivityalsosurroundsthedevelopmentof'routetourism',involvingalinkagetogetherofthetourismresourcesofanumberofsmallercentresandcollectivelymarketingthemasasingletourismdestinationregion(BriedenhannandWickens2004；Donaldson2007).Thedevelopmentofwineroutesaspartof
6、thestrongandgrowinginterestinspecialinterestwinetourismrepresentsoneofthemostwell-knownexamples(Preston-Whyte2000；Bruwer2003).Inaddition,scenicroutesarebeingwidelyusedtoassistdevelopmentofthetourismpotentialofFreeStateandWesternCapeprovinces(Donaldson2007).Themosthighprofileanda
