1、尿動(dòng)力學(xué)檢杳在BPH患者診治中的臨床意義作者：呂聯(lián)輝，顏醒愚，土江濤,孫建國(guó)單位：福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院泌尿外科，福建福州362000【摘要】目的：評(píng)價(jià)尿流動(dòng)力學(xué)檢杏在良性前列腺增生癥患者診治中的意義。方法：對(duì)74例BPH患者治療前后分別進(jìn)行殘余尿測(cè)定、國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分(1PSS)和尿流動(dòng)力學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果：74例中有69例存在膀胱出口梗阻，3例可疑梗阻，2例無梗阻。逼尿肌壓力正?；蛟鰪?qiáng)10例，逼尿肌收縮力減弱或無力8例(3例表現(xiàn)高順應(yīng)性膀胱)，逼尿肌功能不穩(wěn)定37例，19例伴有低順應(yīng)性膀胱。根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)杲選擇不同方法
2、進(jìn)行治療，其屮，經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切(TURP)61例，行恥骨上經(jīng)膀胱前列腺摘除術(shù)6例，Madigan前列腺摘除術(shù)2例，膀胱造痿術(shù)3例，保守治療2例。治療后3個(gè)月復(fù)查，取得滿意療效。結(jié)論：BPH患者術(shù)前尿流動(dòng)力學(xué)檢測(cè)可以明確膀胱出口有無梗阻，了解逼尿肌順應(yīng)性和收縮功能，有助于臨床鑒別診斷、估計(jì)預(yù)后，對(duì)選擇合理的治療方案、提高療效具有重要的臨床意義?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】前列腺增生;膀胱出口梗阻;尿動(dòng)力學(xué)Clinicalsignificanceofurodynainictestonpatientswithbenignprostatic
