1、微創(chuàng)治療與藥物治療高血壓腦出血的臨床分析余永程】，楊華榮】，鄭江環(huán)】，伍國(guó)鋒2（1貴陽(yáng)醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科，凱里5560002貴陽(yáng)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屈醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科，貴陽(yáng)550004）［摘要］目的：比較顱內(nèi)血腫微創(chuàng)清除技術(shù)與內(nèi)科保守治療高血壓腦岀血的臨床療效。方法:收集高血壓性腦出血患者75例，根據(jù)治療方式不同分為藥物治療組38例及微創(chuàng)治療組37例，其屮微創(chuàng)治療組在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)藥物治療的基礎(chǔ)上，接受微創(chuàng)治療，即采用最小侵入操作清除血腫。采用NIHSS評(píng)分對(duì)兩組患者治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分，應(yīng)用平均微小各向異性值（fractionalanisotropy,FA）評(píng)估
