1、壓延電子銅箔軋制與潤滑性能研究熊桑,劉娜娜,夏壘(北京科技大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,北京W0083)摘要:工藝潤滑是保證壓延銅箔軋制性能與表面質(zhì)量的重要影響因索之一,目前沒有專用銅箔軋制油,國內(nèi)多沿用傳統(tǒng)的銅板帶軋制油,導(dǎo)致尺寸偏差、板面色差、表面光潔度較差等問題,為此本文對新型研制銅箔軋制油SMD-A.SMD-B和國外同類軋制油RN?Q的性能進(jìn)行了對比研究。利用MRS-10A四球摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)實(shí)驗測其摩擦學(xué)性能,并通過冷軋實(shí)驗研究軋制油軋制工藝潤滑效果。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明:采用工藝潤滑后,能夠降低軋制摩擦系數(shù)和軋制
2、總壓力,改善潤滑條件;新研制軋制油SMD-B摩擦學(xué)性能更優(yōu),其Pb值達(dá)到T559N,與國外同類軋制油RN?Q相比提高了35.7%,且磨斑直徑與摩擦系數(shù)分別下降了20.9%和15.8%;使用軋制油SMD-B潤滑時,與不潤滑時的軋制總壓力相比降低了26.6%左右,同時可以使銅箔軋制更薄,最小可軋厚度達(dá)到2Sgm,且軋后表面更光亮、平整。關(guān)鍵字:壓延銅箔;工藝潤滑;摩擦學(xué)性能;最小可軋厚度;表面質(zhì)量中圖分類號:TG335.12文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:AStudyonLubricatingPerformancesduringRo
