1、知識(shí)型員工的薪酬激勵(lì)是個(gè)有理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的話題,當(dāng)今時(shí)代已經(jīng)進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的資本不再是農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)的土地和工業(yè)社會(huì)的貨幣,而是知識(shí)資木。掌握知識(shí)資木的知識(shí)型員工成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵資源。如何有效地管理知識(shí)型員工,了解他們的需求,發(fā)掘、利用和發(fā)展知識(shí)型員工的創(chuàng)造力和潛能,提高他們的工作熱情,成為知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代人力資源管理的重點(diǎn)。因此,研究知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)問(wèn)題,并積極構(gòu)建一個(gè)面向知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)模式,就顯得尤為重要。在閱讀大量關(guān)于知識(shí)型員工管理和激勵(lì)的相關(guān)著作以及參考國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題,本文對(duì)在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代育景下知識(shí)型員工的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題、形成原因進(jìn)行了分
