1、帶狀皰疹神經(jīng)痛中西醫(yī)辨證分型針刺治療臨床觀察【摘要】廿的觀察辨證取穴與阿是穴取穴針刺治療帶狀皰疹神經(jīng)痛療效間差異及不同病程針刺療效間差異。方法對不同病程的帶狀皰疹神經(jīng)痛患者進(jìn)行中西醫(yī)辨證，分為肝火熾盛型、脾經(jīng)濕盛型、肝郁氣滯型、帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛四型，治療組以辨證取穴位針刺結(jié)合泛昔洛韋治療；對照組以阿是穴取穴針刺結(jié)合泛昔洛韋治療。采用疼痛五級評分法，對帶狀皰疹神經(jīng)痛患者治療前后的疼痛積分進(jìn)行評估。在第3d、第7d、1個月吋段評估療效。結(jié)果治療組、對照組對針刺的療效均顯著，但兩組比較無明顯差異(P>0
