1、第40卷第1期2014年2月航空發(fā)動機AeroengineV01.40No.1Feb.2014基于滯回碰摩力模型的轉子系統(tǒng)碰摩響應研究曹登慶1,楊洋1,王德友z,陳華濤1,姜廣義2(1.哈爾濱工業(yè)大學航天學院,哈爾濱150001;2.中航工業(yè)沈陽發(fā)動機設計研究所,沈陽110015)摘要:轉/靜子碰摩是影響旋轉機械的穩(wěn)定性與安全性的重要因素之一,而碰摩力的表征則是預測轉子系統(tǒng)動力學響應的關鍵問題。討論了已有轉/靜子碰摩力模型的適用范圍,重點闡述滯回碰摩力模型的物理意義,并與幾種經(jīng)典的碰摩力模型進行比較;以Jeffcott轉子作為典型例子,基于滯回碰摩力模型給
2、出系統(tǒng)的碰摩響應,并與采用線性碰摩力模型所得到的碰摩響應進行比較;利用數(shù)值仿真的結果分析靜子剛度、轉子偏心距等因素對采用滯回碰摩力模型的轉子碰摩響應的影響。數(shù)值仿真的結果表明:采用滯回碰摩力模型得出的失穩(wěn)速度(1226rad/s)ik毛于采用線性碰摩力模型得出的失穩(wěn)速度(1476rad/s),且系統(tǒng)的動力學特性更為復雜,因此,可以更真實地反應碰摩的物理實質(zhì)。關鍵詞:Jeffcott轉子;碰摩;線性模型;赫茲模型;滯回模型中圖分類號:V23.9文獻標識碼:Adoi:10.13477/j.cnki.a(chǎn)eroengine.2014.01.001StudyonRu
