2、minee.Thisdebateandthenextthree—twopresidential,onevice-presidential—aresponsoredbytheCommissiononPresidentialDebates.Tonight's90minuteswillbeaboutdomesticissues,andwillfollowaformatdesignedbythecommission.Therewillbesixroughly15-minutesegments,withtwo-minuteanswersforthefirstquestion,thenopendi
