1、本科畢業(yè)設計(20屆)新型濾波器件的研究摘 要【摘要】用標準水溶液法生長出的長30.62mm、寬29.20mm、高28.34mm的大尺寸氯酸鈉晶體,用線偏振的3He-Ne激光入射到氯酸鈉晶體,使在其內部以Brewster角內反射并再經過全反射出射。從理論和實驗的兩方面對該大尺寸氯酸鈉晶體內反射時的偏振特性做了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在消光位置,氯酸鈉晶體入射光的偏振取向較之普通玻璃的入射光偏振取向旋過了87.43°。同時,基于氯酸鈉晶體的各向同性和旋光色散特性,首次利用線偏振光以Brewster角內反射時P分量反射率為零的特性,研制出一種新型內反射旋
2、光光學濾波器,該光學濾波器僅需采用單個偏振片,即可達到良好的濾波效果。利用Mueller矩陣對該濾波器的濾波特性進行理論分析以及實驗測試,結果表明對含有532nm和632.8nm譜線的線偏振光,改變起偏器角度即可連續(xù)調制出射紅、綠光的光強,當起偏器較初始位置旋轉過133.36°和173.06°時,綠光和紅光分別消光,綠光和紅光的隔離度可達10dB。另外,測試了該濾波器對一般帶狀光譜的濾波效果,得出通過旋轉起偏器,能夠連續(xù)調制出射光譜線的峰值波長?!娟P鍵詞】光學濾波器;各向同性;布儒斯特角;內反射。3Abstract【ABSTRACT】T
