1、植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)報(bào)2014,20(2):414—420JoumalofPlantNutritionandFertilizerdoi:10.11674/zwyf.2014.0218不同砧木對(duì)富士蘋(píng)果礦質(zhì)元素含量和品質(zhì)指標(biāo)的影響張秀芝,郭江云,王永章,劉成連,原永兵(青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院,山東青島266109)摘要:砧木作為果樹(shù)的重要組成部分,不僅影響樹(shù)體對(duì)礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素的吸收、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和利用,而且對(duì)地上部樹(shù)體的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和果實(shí)品質(zhì)形成具有重要的調(diào)控作用。本文以富士蘋(píng)果為試材,研究了不同砧木與蘋(píng)果葉營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素、果實(shí)礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)和品質(zhì)指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,砧木類(lèi)型影響蘋(píng)果葉片對(duì)礦質(zhì)元素的吸收,矮
2、化砧蘋(píng)果葉片的P、K、Ca和Cu含量均高于喬化砧,分別比喬化砧高20.00%、13.50%、9.09%和32.72%;但其他礦質(zhì)元素含量均低于喬化砧。除ca和B元素外,矮化砧蘋(píng)果果實(shí)的N、P、K、Mg、Fe、Mn和cu含量均高于喬化砧,分別比喬化砧高39.46%、46.30%、19.13%、9.68%、32.41%、18.96%和68.31%。與喬化砧相比,矮化砧富士蘋(píng)果具有較高的單果重、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量,分別比喬化砧高5.53%、5.25%和6.82%。相關(guān)分析表明,蘋(píng)果葉片大量元素N、P、K和ca與果實(shí)部分營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素間存在顯著的相關(guān)性,其中葉片K和果實(shí)N的相關(guān)系數(shù)高
