3、650224,China)Abstract:StabilityofE10hydrousethanolgasolineblendwasinvestigatedtakingself-developedcompoundemulsifier.Resultsindicatethatemulsificationcaneffectivelyimprovestabilityofthehydrousethanolgasolineblend,andaddingintensifier,antifreezeandincreasingethanolconcentrationc
4、animproveitslowtemperaturestability.ResultsofcomparativetestonagasolineenginewithoutanyadjustmentfueledseparatelywithE10hydrousethanolgasolineblendandpuregasolineshowthatwhilefueledtheformerenginepowerisslightlylower,specificfuelconsumptionishigherandtheequivalentspecificfuelco
5、nsumptionbycalorificvolumeimprovesthanfueledwiththelatter.Forexhaustemissioncharacteristics,whilefueledwiththeblend,COemissionislowerinallloadrangesandgetsimprovement,HCemissionlowersbyabout9%inallloadranges,andNOxemissionsimproveinlowloadrangesandchangehardlywithloadincreasing
6、.Atidlingcondition,CO,HCandNOxemissionsareallimproved.Andpollutanttransformationefficiencyinthecatalyticconverterdependsonengineworkingconditions.摘要:采用自主研發(fā)的“復(fù)方兩性乳化劑”進(jìn)行了E10含水乙醇汽油(體積比為90%的#汽油+10%的含水乙醇)穩(wěn)定性研究。研究結(jié)果表明:乳化劑能有效改善含水乙醇汽油的90穩(wěn)定性,加入強(qiáng)化劑和防凍劑、提高乙醇濃度能夠有效改善乳化含水乙醇汽油的低溫穩(wěn)定性。針對(duì)汽油機(jī)進(jìn)行了
7、燃用E10含水乙醇汽油混合燃料與原機(jī)的性能對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在未對(duì)汽油機(jī)作任何調(diào)整的情況下,燃用E10含水乙醇汽油混合燃料的動(dòng)力性略低于原機(jī)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面,燃油消耗率比原機(jī)有所上升,以熱值計(jì)的當(dāng)量燃油消耗率比原機(jī)有所改善。在尾氣排放方面,燃用E10含水乙醇汽油時(shí),CO排放在整個(gè)負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)基本比原機(jī)低,CO排放得到改善;HC排放在整個(gè)負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)都得到了改善,改善效果可達(dá)9%左右;NOx排放在低負(fù)荷時(shí)有所改善,隨著負(fù)荷增加NOx排放變化不大。在怠速工況,CO、HC和NOx排放均獲得改善。尾氣排放產(chǎn)物在催化器中的轉(zhuǎn)化效率與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工況有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:
