4、managementsysteminfluenceontheteamcreativity,andneglecttheteamcreativityrestsoncorporatepracticetoexploretheirefectsonorganizationalperformance.Ourresearchshowsthatcreativityisoneoftheimportantfactorstoobtainhighperformanceteam,managersintheprocessofpromotetheperformanceoftheorganizationshoul
5、dfindtheirown"potentialcreativity",tocreatenovelcollectionofusefulideasofcollision,conformtonewideasthattheenterpriserealityneeds,andenterprises,atthesametime,shouldmakefulluseofinternalnovelidea,onthebasisofacertainrisktoachieveorganizationalperformancesignificantlyincreased.,Thehigherlevelo
