2、xternalenvironment.Takingorganizationallearningtoimprovedynamiccapabilityasthemainresearchissue,andbasingonenterprisestrategytheoryandorganizationallearningtheory,thisresearchconstructedconceptmodelregardingorganizationallearningasindependentvariableanddynamiccapabilityasdependentvariabl
3、eonthebasisofrelevantexistingresearches.Inaddition,itconductedempiricalanalysisanddiscussiononthepathforimprovingenterprisedynamiccapabilityviaorganizationallearning.Thisresearchfocusedonthekeyissueofimprovingenterprisedynamiccapabilityviaorganizationallearning.Firstly,itdefinedtheconcep
4、toforganizationallearninganddynamiccapability.Secondly,itintegratedthemeasurementdimensionoftwovariables-organizationallearninganddynamiccapability.Referringtodomesticmaturemeasurementscale,andcombiningwiththecharacteristicsofChineseenterprises,itdesignedquestionnaire.Thirdly,itconducted
5、exploratoryfactortestandreliabilityvalidityverificationonquestionnaire,andcarriedoutdescriptivestatisticalanalysison94retrievedvalidsampleenterprises.Fourthly,itputforwardresearchhypothesis,andverified6hypothesesputforwardinthispaperviaapplyingSPSSsoftwaretoconductcorrelationanalysis.Res
