1、橋梁建設(shè)2016年第46卷第6期(總第241期)106BridgeConstruction,V01.46.No.6.2016(TotallyNo.241)文章編號:1003—4722(2016)06—0106—06短線法簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋合龍方案比選方淑君,余豪(中南大學(xué),湖南長沙410075)摘要:廣州市軌道交通二十一號線某高架橋為四跨一聯(lián)簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋[跨徑(38+40+40+38)m3,主粱采用短線法預(yù)制節(jié)段箱梁,采用架橋機先逐跨拼裝成簡支梁段,再各跨合龍形成連續(xù)剛構(gòu)體系。針對實際施工中可能出現(xiàn)的3種合龍方案:簡支轉(zhuǎn)中墩n型
2、連續(xù)剛構(gòu),再轉(zhuǎn)全橋剛構(gòu)的2次體系轉(zhuǎn)換施工(方案1);簡支轉(zhuǎn)T構(gòu),再轉(zhuǎn)兀型連續(xù)剛構(gòu),最后轉(zhuǎn)全橋剛構(gòu)的3次體系轉(zhuǎn)換施工(方案2);簡支梁轉(zhuǎn)全橋剛構(gòu)的1次體系轉(zhuǎn)換施工(方案3),采用MIDASCivil軟件建立全橋有限元模型,分析3種方案的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力及變形,并從適用性、施工周期等方面進行綜合比選,該橋選擇方案2施工。采用方案2施工成橋后,墩身位移及主梁撓度均控制較好,全橋結(jié)構(gòu)滿足城市軌道交通的運營設(shè)計要求。關(guān)鍵詞:剛構(gòu)橋;短線法;合龍方案;有限元法;施工分析;方案比選;橋梁施工中圖分類號:U448.23;U445.4文獻標志碼:AComp
