2、耳穴貼壓選神門、內(nèi)分泌、皮質(zhì)下、肝、膽、肺及相應病變部位所對應的耳穴，兩耳交替貼穴，每日進行按壓；穴位注射選足三里、內(nèi)關、曲池、太沖，進針得氣后注射VitB?12注射液。定期記錄患者疼痛程度、疼痛緩解時間、痛止時間。結果：綜合組的平均疼痛緩解時間、止痛時間明顯短于西藥組(P<0.01)o綜合組痊愈率為60.0%,愈顯率為83.3%；西藥組分別為28.6%、50.0%,2組比較差異均有顯著性意義(P<0.05)o結論：耳穴貼壓合穴位注射治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛療效顯著、安全，值得臨床推廣應用。［主題詞］耳穴貼壓，王不留行；神經(jīng)痛/穴位療法；皰疹，帶狀/穴位
