2、原料,在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上選擇乙醇濃度、料液比、超聲時(shí)間等3個(gè)因素進(jìn)行響應(yīng)面設(shè)計(jì),采用Box-Behnken中心組合試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和響應(yīng)面分析法,建立以藍(lán)莓多酚含量為響應(yīng)值的二次回歸方程?!窘Y(jié)果】通過響應(yīng)面分析建立藍(lán)莓多酚超聲萃取回歸方程為:y=lo.88—0.15x1+o.042x2+o.055x3_0.27x】x2—0.15xlx3—0.090x2x3-o.56x12一o.35x22—0.15x32(xl為乙醇濃度,x2為料液比,x,為超聲時(shí)間,y為藍(lán)莓多酚萃取率,R2=0.9692),該模型擬合度好;并確定藍(lán)莓多酚萃取的影響因素順序?yàn)椋簒.>x,>X2.最佳提取工藝條件為:
