2、平菇菌絲液體富硒條件,為研發(fā)出高效安全的富硒功能食用菌產(chǎn)品提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。【方法】將不同比例Na:SeO,添加到培養(yǎng)基中,通過(guò)比較固體培養(yǎng)基上13株中高溫平菇菌落直徑大小、菌絲長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng)弱并結(jié)合液體深層發(fā)酵試驗(yàn),篩選出高耐硒平菇品種;通過(guò)單因子試驗(yàn)初步優(yōu)化高耐硒平菇品種的Na:SeO,濃度、初始pH、接種量、裝液量條件?!窘Y(jié)果】供試的13株平菇菌株中以江都302對(duì)Na§eO,的耐受系數(shù)最小,僅為0.40。單因素試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,江都302菌株在160r/min搖床轉(zhuǎn)速、28。c培養(yǎng)7d條件下最適的Na2SeO,添加量為5—15mrCL、初始pH為5.0~7.0,接種量5%~1
3、5%、裝液量80一120mL?!窘Y(jié)論】不同平菇菌株對(duì)Na2SeO,的耐受力差異明顯,以江都302號(hào)菌株的耐硒能力最強(qiáng)。培養(yǎng)基Na:Se03濃度、初始pH、接種量、裝液量對(duì)平菇菌絲生物富硒能力影響較大,在試驗(yàn)組合中,江都302菌株在Na2Se03濃度10mg/L、初始pH6’0、接種量10%、裝液量100mU250mL時(shí)菌體含硒量最高。關(guān)鍵詞:中高溫平菇;耐硒;富硒;條件優(yōu)化;廣西中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):$646.14文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):2095—1191(2012)09—1349--04ComparisononSetoleranceofhitemperatureoyster
