2、的設(shè)計規(guī)范均對橋墩防撞設(shè)計作出了相關(guān)規(guī)定,然而分析發(fā)現(xiàn):各國規(guī)范仍大都采用簡單的靜力設(shè)計法,沒有考慮橋墩剛度、延性等參數(shù)對撞擊力的影響;一些規(guī)范的理論來源非常含糊,而另一些則只是簡單地參考別國規(guī)范,其有效性值得懷疑。我國規(guī)范未對橋墩防車輛撞擊設(shè)計的具體條件作出明確規(guī)定,設(shè)計人員須自行判斷該橋墩是否需要考慮車輛撞擊力,這種消極的規(guī)定往往造成實際工程中對車輛撞擊作用的忽視。有鑒于此,從橋墩防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和橋墩自身結(jié)構(gòu)兩個方面對橋墩防車輛撞擊研究進(jìn)行了評述,指出了目前存在的主要問題并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。關(guān)鍵詞:橋梁工程;防撞設(shè)計;綜述;橋墩;車輛;撞擊中圖分類號:U447文

4、ract:Alongwiththegrowthinfreewaymileage,theamountandcapacityofvehicles,bridgesastraffichingesarefacingwithamoreandmoreseriousrisk,namelyvehiclecollisionwithpier.Todate,thedesignspecificationsinmanycountries,suchasChina,US,Britain,ete.,haveincludedsomeprovisionsaddressingvehiclecolli
5、sionwithbridgepiers.However,thereviewfindsthat(1)mostoftheprovisionsadoptasimplestaticdesignmethod,withoutconsideringt}leparametersofpier,suchasstiffnessandductility;(2)someoftheoriginsoftheprovisionsarerathervague,andothersmerelyuseforeignstandardforreference,thustheeffectivenessof
6、theseprovisionsisdoubtable;(3)thereisnoprovisionaddressingtheprerequisiteoftheanti'collisiondesignofpiersinChinesestandard,andSOdesignersshoulddecidebythemselveswhetherornotthecollisionforceshouldbeconsidered.Thisnegativeprovisionwouldprobablyresuhinanegligentofthecoilisioneffectinp
