1、第34卷第3期計(jì)算機(jī)仿真2017年3月文章編號:1006—9348(2017)03—0128—05汽車懸架減振器阻尼性能優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)仿真潘禮軍,周長城,于日偉,趙雷雷(山東理工大學(xué)交通與車輛工程學(xué)院。山東淄博255049)摘要:針對懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比設(shè)計(jì)受車輛行駛安全性、人體乘坐舒適性及減振器非線性阻尼特性影響的問題,為使車輛具有良好的行駛平順性,根據(jù)1/2車輛行駛振動(dòng)模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink,建立了基于減振器分段線性特性的車輛懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)仿真模型;根據(jù)車身垂直振動(dòng)加速度、俯仰振動(dòng)角加速度和車輪動(dòng)載均方根值,利用線性加權(quán)和法,建立了懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)學(xué)模型。在此
2、基礎(chǔ)上,以路面不平度作為輸入激勵(lì),以懸架動(dòng)撓度和性能指標(biāo)加權(quán)因子為約束條件.創(chuàng)建了車輛懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真對懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和分析,可知阻尼比的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)值能夠有效提高車輛的行駛平順性,為車輛懸架系統(tǒng)阻尼比設(shè)計(jì)提供了有益參考。關(guān)鍵詞:車輛;懸架系統(tǒng);減振器分段線性特性;阻尼比優(yōu)化中圖分類號:U461.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:BOptimalDesignandSimulationofShockAbsorberDampingPerformanceofAutomotiveSuspensionPANLi-jun,ZHOUChang-cheng,YUYue—wei,ZHAO
