1、基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合牙周維護(hù)治療慢性牙周炎80例療效觀察江蘇省淮安市中醫(yī)院口腔科江蘇淮安223001［摘要］目的：觀察基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合牙周維護(hù)治療慢性牙周炎的臨床療效。方法：回顧性分析我院于2015年1月?2016年1月期間，治療的80例慢性牙周炎患者的臨床資料，其中對(duì)照組40例，單純采取基礎(chǔ)治療，觀察組40例，采取基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合牙周維護(hù)治療；對(duì)比兩組患者基線、治療6周的菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、出血指數(shù)(BI)、牙周探診深度(PD)、臨床附著喪失(CAL)改善情況，綜合評(píng)價(jià)患者的臨床療效，并作對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果：兩組患者基線時(shí)PLI
2、、Bl、PD、CAL水平差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)；治療6周，兩組患者PLI、Bl、PD、CAL水平均較基線明顯降低差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(PV0.05),但觀察組患者PLI、Bl、PD、CAL水平低于對(duì)照組，改善程度大于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(PV0.05)；觀察組臨床總有效率為92.50%,大于對(duì)照組的77.50%,經(jīng)χ2檢驗(yàn)，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)o結(jié)論：基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合牙周維護(hù)可協(xié)同提高對(duì)慢性牙周炎的療效，改善牙周臨床指標(biāo)，確保療效的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定，值得臨床推廣使用。［關(guān)鍵詞］:慢性牙
