1、第25卷第2期化學(xué)研究中國(guó)科技核心期刊2014年3月CHEMICALRESEARCHhttp://hxya.chinajourna1.net.crl苯丙乳液合成反應(yīng)條件優(yōu)化馮雪峰,李西營(yíng),陳蔚萍,張普玉,毛立群(河南大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,河南開封475004)摘要:以苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等為單體,采用乳液聚合制備了苯丙乳液,研究了合成溫度、引發(fā)劑用量、乳化劑用量、功能性單體丙烯酸用量等反應(yīng)條件對(duì)苯丙乳液性能的影響,并探討了丙烯酸單體對(duì)乳液耐酸堿穩(wěn)定性的影響,確定了合成反應(yīng)條件.結(jié)果表明,隨著合成溫度的提高,混合單
2、體的轉(zhuǎn)化率迅速增加,78℃時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化率最大(達(dá)到97.1),而后隨溫度繼續(xù)提高基本保持不變.混合單體轉(zhuǎn)化率隨過硫酸鉀引發(fā)劑用量的增加呈現(xiàn)先增加后逐漸降低的趨勢(shì),當(dāng)過硫酸鉀與混合單體質(zhì)量比為0.010時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化率最大,此時(shí)單體轉(zhuǎn)化完全.此外,隨著乳化劑用量增加,乳液的外觀、鈣離子穩(wěn)定性、凝膠等性能都有所提高,但吸水率也相應(yīng)增加.最佳合成反應(yīng)條件為:合成溫度為78℃,混合單體組成為15g苯乙烯、2g丙烯酸、18g丙烯酸丁酯、8g甲基丙烯酸甲酯,引發(fā)劑和乳化劑與單體質(zhì)量比分別為O.010和O.035.得到的苯丙乳液在酸性條件下具有良好的穩(wěn)定性.
