1、第43卷第16期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制V_oI_43NO.162015年8月l6日PowerSystemProtectionandControlAug.16,2015基于量子粒子群算法多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的配電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu)文娟,譚陽(yáng)紅,雷可君(1.湖南大學(xué),湖南長(zhǎng)沙410012;2.南華大學(xué),湖南衡陽(yáng)421000)摘要:為保證配電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu)后系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行,提出了以網(wǎng)損和節(jié)點(diǎn)電壓穩(wěn)定性為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的量子粒子群算法的配電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu)。針對(duì)配電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu)過程中時(shí)段劃分問題,提出以負(fù)荷曲線的單調(diào)性和幅值變化大小為依據(jù)初步劃分時(shí)間段落。采用整數(shù)型量子粒子群算法進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu),重
2、構(gòu)過程中以相鄰時(shí)段的網(wǎng)損變化值的關(guān)系獲取最佳重構(gòu)段落,然后綜合考慮配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損最小和節(jié)點(diǎn)電壓值最大且波動(dòng)最小為目標(biāo)尋找最佳重構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)。以IEEE33配電系統(tǒng)為例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。關(guān)鍵詞:配電網(wǎng);動(dòng)態(tài)重構(gòu);最優(yōu)重構(gòu)次數(shù);多目標(biāo);整數(shù)型量子粒子群算法Multi-objectiveoptimizationofdistributionnetworkdynamicreconfigurationbasedonintegercodedquantumparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmWENJuan一,TANYanghong,
