1、第39卷第2期艦船科學(xué)技術(shù)Vol.39,No.22017年2月SHIPSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGYFeb.,2017軸系軸承不對(duì)中夾角誤差對(duì)其承載特性的影響張新寶,顧興晨(華中科技大學(xué)機(jī)械科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,湖北武漢430074)摘要:為探究艦船軸系軸承不對(duì)中夾角誤差對(duì)其承載特性的影響,本文建立表征軸系徑向滑動(dòng)軸承不對(duì)中夾角誤差的計(jì)算模型,推導(dǎo)夾角綜合誤差下的軸承液膜厚度表達(dá)式。分別研究艦船軸承不對(duì)中傾角及擺角誤差對(duì)液膜壓力分布,承載能力及內(nèi)部附加力矩的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,軸承內(nèi)孔和軸頸之間的傾角和擺角誤差,即使控制在船舶推進(jìn)軸系校

5、lyzed.Theresultsshowthattheinclinationangleandtheoffsetangleerrorbetweentheinnerholeandtheshaftneck,evenifthevaluesarebelowthenationalstandard3.5×10–4rad,willstillhaveasignificantimpactontheload-bearingpropertiesofthebearing.Withtheincreaseoftheangleerror,theminimumfilmthi
