2、縫背核(dorsalraphenucleus,DRN)5-羥色胺(5-hydroxytrypamine,5-HT)能神經(jīng)元電活動的變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對照組和PD組大鼠DRN中5-HT能神經(jīng)元的放電頻率分別為(1.61±0.56)Hz和(2.61±1.97)Hz,PD組大鼠的放電頻率顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。在對照組大鼠,79%的神經(jīng)元呈現(xiàn)規(guī)則放電,21%為爆發(fā)式放電;在PD組大鼠,具有規(guī)則、不規(guī)則和爆發(fā)式放電的神經(jīng)元比例分別為36%、16%和47%,爆發(fā)式放電的5-HT能神經(jīng)元比例明顯高于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)果表明,帕
